About this project

Walnut Creek Crossing Farms will plant 300 acres of cover crops from 2022-2025 to reduce runoff of water, sediments, and nutrients, as well as to add nutrients back into the soil.  They were also use the cover crops to help with forage for their cattle operation.  The project is funded by The Watershed Foundation.
