About this project
Thomas Hoffert in 2014 planted 22 acres of cover crops. In 2017, 16 acres of hayland was planted and 51 acres of cover crops was added. These projects were in collaboration with the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District and The Watershed Foundation with funding through the Indiana DNR with the Lake and River Enhancement Program.
