About this project
The Rhoades Farm installed a Water and Sediment Control Basin with a 361 feet Underground Outlet to eliminate gully erosion in field. This helps to slow water movement and reduce to erosion of sediments and nutrients. This project was in collaboration with the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District and The Watershed Foundation with funding through the Indiana DNR with the Lake and River Enhancement Program.
