About this project

David Leiter installed 1500 feet of grassed waterway with 2890 feet of underground outlet to help with sediment and nutrient filtering.  He has also installed 3 Water and Sediment Control Basins to help with gully erosion, along with 3 Grade Stabilization Structures to help with sediment and nutrient control as well.   This project was in collaboration with the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District and The Watershed Foundation with funding through the Indiana DNR with the Lake and River Enhancement Program.
